Submit a Judgment

Once you have made the decision to sell your Judgment(s), contacting our office is the first step. One of our knowledgeable representatives will review your Judgment(s) and perform due diligence to determine the best outcome for both parties. Upon completion of this process we will contact you with our decision and a proposed purchase price.

If both parties agree, our office will draw up a purchase agreement, as well as a sales agreement. These will clearly state the details of the transaction, including the date of purchase and the purchase amount. The transfer of the Judgment(s) and monies will not take place until both parties have signed the contract.

We do not believe there is a need to make transactions more difficult than necessary and prefer to have both parties efficiently and smoothly move through the sale process.
